Foundation Classes for Beginners
(Also suitable for those with some experience)
- Saturdays 11:30am - 1:00pm (The Yoga Ground)
All classes are one hour and a half (90 minutes) duration.
(Please enquire if you are interested in classes at a different time and/or location - if there is enough interest I will happily add classes, or provide classes in other areas, where possible.)
